Course Information

What are the course timings?

The core hours of the course are 10am - 4pm. Drop off is between 9 - 10am and pickup is between 4-5pm, with the exception of the final day of each course, which ends around 4pm at the end of our showing.

We show some age appropriate films in the optional extra supervision time (9-10am 4-5pm). We also encourage people to bring screen-free activities for this time, such as books, comics, card games that can be enjoyed with a friend or two. Exploding Kittens and Pokemon cards have been particular favourites in recent times...

Where is the course?

We use a number of venues in the Oxford area. Please check the venue above.

What should my child bring with them?

  • Packed lunch, plus snacks for morning and afternoon break (NO NUT-CONTAINING PRODUCTS)

  • A refillable bottle of water

  • Clothing and footwear you can move in comfortably and confidently (soft trainers are ideal)

  • Outdoor accessories as appropriate for the season (e.g. coat/hat, hat/suncream) – please make sure everything is labelled

Other arrangements?

Please contact us by email if you need to make alternative collection arrangements (e.g. another parent collecting your child) or if you wish your child to make their own way home. If you have additional requirements, such as specific medical needs, please get in touch before hand info@flintlocktheatre.com

Anything else?

We occasionally use water-based face paints. Please let us know if you do not wish your child to wear face paint.
