Course Information

What are the course timings?

Core course hours are 10am - 4pm*.

We offer an additional hour of supervision at each end of the day* for flexibility. Please feel free to drop off anytime from 9am and collect up until 5pm.  During this time we'll be screening age-appropriate films and students may also bring along any books or games they'd like to share or, if they're feeling really keen, some homework they'd like to complete! You do not need to book this.

*With the exception of the final day of the course, during which we typically hold an informal sharing of work at 3:30pm . This usually finishes between 4 - 4:15, marking the end of the course.

Where is the course?

We use a number of venues in the Oxford area. Please check the venue in the course details above.

What should my child bring with them?

  • Packed lunch, plus snacks for morning and afternoon break (please choose a healthy balance, and NO NUT-CONTAINING PRODUCTS)

  • Plenty of bottled water

  • Clothing and footwear you can move in comfortably and confidently (soft trainers are ideal)

  • Outdoor accessories as appropriate (e.g. coat/hat, hat/suncream) – please make sure everything is labelled

Other arrangements?

Please contact us by email if you need to make alternative collection arrangements (e.g. another parent collecting your child) or if you wish your child to make their own way home. If you have additional requirements, such as specific medical needs, please get in touch before hand info@flintlocktheatre.com

Anything else?
